Hotel rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked for congress participants. The hotels are located within walking distance to the conference venue.

To guarantee your reservation a deposit covering one night is required and has to be paid in advance. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill upon departure from the hotel.

Cancellation policy
Until 30 April, 2012 a cancellation fee of SEK 150 per cancelled room night. After 30 April, cancellation and no show will be charged with a cancellation fee representing 100% of the value for the cancelled nights.

 

The time marked after the hotel name indicate the walking distance from the hotel to the congress venue “Folkets Hus”.
